Cancellation and Refund Policy

CLASSES ARE EXPECTED TO BE PAID IN FULL ONE (1) WEEK PRIOR TO CLASS

NOTE: Concealed Carry classes require a $50 NON-REFUDABLE deposit

         ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Written (via email and/or text) expression to cancel with less than 72 hours notice
• No call No show 
• Any individual showing up under the influence of drugs (inclusive of marijuana) and/or alcohol or suspicion (to include but not limited to: smelling, actions etc.) thereof
• Any individual who returns from break and/or lunch with suspicion (to include but not limited to: smelling, behavioral etc.) or use of drug (inclusive of marijuana) and /or alcohol 
• Payments are processed via third party affiliate of USCCA 
• Tardy attendees (arrival after 10 minutes) PLEASE RESPECT THE TIME OF INSTRUCTOR, FELLOW ATTENDEES, GUEST SPEAKERS ETC)

Space is LIMITED per class should you NEED to reschedule this must be requested no less than 72 hours prior to scheduled class and there will be a fee of $50 accessed and paid directly to Instructor Mia Morrison via method provided at time of rescheduling.
